We offer complete warranty for all our molds within lifespan, in case any complaint received from our customer, we’ll feedback and make spare parts promptly as long as the complaint make sense.

The below are some complaints from customers we experienced, of couse we’ve been making continuous improvement to avoid the issues again.

• Damage of latch lock -------->std Hasco latch lock,already asked our supplier to change material.
• Deformation + unflatness of Heat insulation plate------- check flatness and grind the surface if it’s deformed.

Also,we have periodic visit to our customers, at customer’s company we can go through the performance of our molds on-site,and talk business + miscellaneous things face to face with our customers. The mutual trust got strengthened by meeting.
