Order steel&moldbase

Basically contour steel are ordered from LKM to ensure a stable quality,we don’t order from other cheaper supplier, because the market is a mess.

Moldbase is better, normally we have 3~5 qualified suppliers, each ordering is considered completely before we decide which supplier is used.

Hasco/DME parts

Normally we use copy Hasco/DME parts for the molds if our customers don’t request original. The quality is still good but cost is much lower than original,also with shorter delivery time.
