Rough CNC milling+Hardening

Rough CNC milling need to do after drilling & tapping,because a certain extra steel(0.2~0.5mm) are left for hardening, we can use general CNC machines to cut,see below list:

Sometimes if the machines are very busy, we even use high speed CNC milling machines to support.(see full list in the column of fine CNC milling).

• 2 shifts operation ---milling machine 24 hours run to minimum leadtime
• strong CNC milling team ---14 CNC operators + 7 programmers

Hardening(Heat treatment) is made outside by our contract suppliers.

• Vacuum quenching + 4x Tempering are requested to make sure quality.
• Only professional hardening supplier with stable performance used.

• We request a inspection report after heat treatment from our supplier each time,it’s available to send to our customer if needed.

• We also equip a hardness tester in-house to check incoming hardened inserts, make sure hardness is according to customer’s request.
