Johnson-Manu assigns a Project Manager to each customer. They are responsible for the day-to-day technical liaison to manage engineering and schedule challenges and to ensure that our customers’ specifications and requirements are met.

 

Our Project Manager excel in Early Supplier Involvement in product development by leveraging our internal expertise to contribute to product design reviews with out customers. Through regular communications and weekly progress reports, our customers are kept informed that their molds will meet specifications on schedule.
