Established in 2003, Johnson-Manu(Shenzhen)Co.,Ltd is a premium tool & die shop in China and is equipped with up-to-date machine tools & technology to produce mould up to 2,500 tons.
With 40 CAD/CAM engineers, 100 toolmakers and mould makers, Johnson-Manu is capable of designing, fabricating and delivering over 400 sets of quality moulds in accordance to customers’ stringent specifications yearly and to support full turnkey project.
A wide range of moulding machines ranging from 50 tons to 1800 tons with centralized gas-assistance is to mould plastic components for customers from Automotive, IT and consumer markets.
Having acquired ISO9001 and TS16949 certifications, we assure that Johnson-Manu’s Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for moulding, secondary and packaging processes will satisfy customers’ most demanding requirements.
Besides,Johnson-Manu offers DFM and ESI with on-site Mould Flow analysis and dedicated moulding machine for mould sampling.
