We build on high precision moulds with multiple cavities from 20-500T clamping force.

2. What's the leadtime to build normal mold?

Most of our molds are built with a leadtime 4 weeks to 6 weeks

3. Do you build hot runner moulds?

Yes,we build hot runner molds and are familiar with many different systems such as MoldMaster,Hasco,Ewikon,Yudo,Syventive,CACO,etc.The manifold recommended for your mould is selected to meet your custom needs.

4. What type of CAD Files does Johnson-Manufacturing accept?

With our many CAD systems we can accept several different types of files: STEP,IGES,DXF,DWG,X-T,CATIA,STL,UG and many more.

5. How much time do you need to quote?

Usually we give you a quotation for molds in one working day unless the product has a very special construction after we receive enquiry with all the necessary details

6. What kind of payment conditions do you accept?
Usually we accept standard payment conditions - that is:
40% of total prices down payment by wire transfer, 30% on mold first trial and 30% on mold delivery.The preferable forms of payment are wire transfer and letters of credit. We often use a combination of those.
